% 29.03.2016 The present petition has been preferred by the petitioner for quashing of FIR No.302/2010 under Sections 279/304-A of Indian Penal Code registered at Police Station GTB Enclave, Delhi. The petition came up for hearing on 26th September, 2014 when the case was adjourned to 20th November, 2014, on the request of the petitioner for addressing arguments.
On 20th November, 2014, notices were issued to the respondent nos.2 to 4. On 12th March, 2015 again the matter was adjourned to 14th August, 2015. On 14th August, 2015, the petitioner was directed to comply with the last order and the matter was adjourned. On 17th December, 2015 none had appeared
on behalf of the petitioner.
None has appeared on behalf of the petitioner when the matter is called out today. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecution of the the present petition.
