1. The Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order posting the Petitioner to Uri, Jammu and Kashmir which happens to be his first hardship posting since 2002. Nevertheless, since the interim order passed by this Court continues till date, time till 1st April, 2019 is given to the Petitioner to report for duty at the said place of posting.
2. The Court further notes that on account of hardship posting, the Petitioner will be entitled to retain the accommodation in Delhi according to the extant policy. If the Petitioner makes a representation to the Respondents for retention of the accommodation on the above ground, it will be considered favourably by the Respondents.
