% 16.01.2017 The matter was repeatedly passed over awaiting the appellants to surrender in compliance with order dated 19.12.2016 since 15.01.2017 happened to be Sunday.
After repeated passed over only four of the appellants, namely, Ram Bilash Mahto, Mr. Rajeshwar Paswan, Tuna Paswan and Devi Lal have appeared, duly identified by their learned counsel.
The said four appellants are immediately taken into custody to serve the sentence in terms with order dated 19.12.2016. As regards fifth appellant, namely, Sarowar Mahto, since the said appellant has not appeared despite repeated pass-overs, matter be put up before the Hon'ble Court for further directions.
The matter be put up before the Hon'ble Court today itself in post lunch sessions.

advocate.
The said appellant Sarowar Mahto is also taken into custody to serve the sentence in compliance with order dated 19.12.2016 of the Hon'ble Court. The Registry is directed to issue necessary warrants in compliance with order dated 19.12.2016.
Accordingly, report of compliance of the directions be submitted before the Hon'ble Court.
