As per the Consent Terms, the respondent Company has undertaken to pay the amount stated therein in equal monthly instalments. The respondent have undertaken to abide by the terms and conditions of the Consent Terms. The undertaking is taken on record. The Registry may take the Consent Terms on record. In view of the agreement between the parties, the petition is disposed of. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to seek revival of the petition in case of failure of the respondent Company to abide by the terms of the Consent Terms.
