% 02.09.2016 Learned counsel for the parties inform that pursuant to order dated 11.08.2016, a meeting took place between the petitioner as well as the Executive Director, DSIIDC.

Consequent to the said meeting, certain information has been called for from the petitioner. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents that on receipt of the information/documents from the petitioner, the file would be processed and placed before the Hon'ble Lieutenant Governor for passing appropriate orders.

He submits that approximately three months time would be required after the submission of the information/documents by the petitioner.

The petition is disposed of directing the respondents to dispose WP(C) 6345/2016

of the representation of the petitioner within three months of receipt of the information/documents called for from the petitioner. The petitioner would be at liberty to avail of all such remedies as may be available in law, in case, the petitioner is further aggrieved by any order passed by the respondents.
