% 08.09.2016 The parties have settled the matter. The petitioners, namely, Sh.Rakesh Gupta and Sh. Sunil Gupta who are present in court have recorded their undertaking to vacate the property in question on or before 31.07.2019. They have also undertaken to pay the rent, electricity and water charges and other undertakings have also been given. The undertakings given by the petitioners are accepted and they shall remain bound by the said undertakings.

In view of the above undertakings, learned counsel for the respondent submits that his client shall not execute the eviction order till 31.07.2019. In view of the above, the present petition stands disposed of. JAYANT NATH, J SEPTEMBER 08, 2016 rb

I undertake to this court to handover vacant physical possession of the suit premises bearing Municipal No. 3743, Main Netaji Subhash Marg, Outside Kucha Parma Nand, Darya Ganj, New Delhi as per the site plan annexed to the eviction petition on or before 31.07.2019. I also undertake to pay up to date arrears of rent @ Rs.2,000/- per month within two months from today. I also undertake to pay future monthly rent @ Rs.2000/- by the 7th day of each month. I also undertake to pay, prior to vacation of the property, entire electricity and water charges. I shall not wilfully damage any portion of the property or create any third party interest in the same. RO&AC JAYANT NATH, J.
