O R D E R

% 31.08.2017 It is submitted that the petitioner and respondent no.2 have settled their dispute vide Compromise Deed dated 20.1.2016, therefore, FIR No.1641/2015 under Sections 420/406/506 IPC registered at PS Janakpuri by respondent no.2 may be quashed. Respondent no.2 is present in court and has been identified by ASI Badlu Ram, PS Janak Puri. Respondent no.2 submits that he has settled his disputes with the petitioner vide Compromise Deed dated 20.1.2016. Respondent no.2 admits that he has already received `10 lakhs from the petitioner out of the settlement amount of `15 lakhs. `5 lakhs has been given to respondent no.2 today in court vide a demand draft, photocopy whereof has been placed on record. Respondent no.2 states that he has no objection in case FIR is quashed.

Disputes between the parties are with regard to a shop bearing no. 104, First Floor, LSC, DDA Market, C-Block, Vikaspuri, New Delhi-110018.

The petitioner and the respondent no.2 have settled their disputes.

Accordingly, in the interest of justice, the aforesaid FIR No.1641/2015 under Sections 420/406/506 IPC registered at PS Janakpuri which is at the investigation stage, is quashed.

Investigating Officer shall return the original documents to the petitioner.
