O R D E R

% 22.07.2016 The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. read with Section 397 Cr.P.C. with following prayers: i) The concerned MM be directed to record the statement of the petitioner, his husband Sh.R.N.Sharma and the daughter Ms.Paridhi under Section 164(5) Cr.P.C.

ii) Respondent No.2 be directed to change the IO in the matter pertaining to FIR No.919/2014 under Sections 279/337 IPC, Police Station: Sarai Rohilla.

iii) Respondent No.2 be further directed to register the

complaint/representation of the petitioner dated 08.06.2016 under Section 154 (1) Cr.P.C. as the FIR of the offences committed by the respondent No.3.

All the aforesaid prayers are related to either the investigation or the part of police proceedings and thus this court is of the considered opinion that there is no ground made out to entertain the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C.

The petition is accordingly dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the senior police officers in this regard. P.S.TEJI, J JULY 22, 2016/dm
