This is an application under Order 23 Rules 1 & 3 read with Section 151 CPC. Both the learned counsel for the parties have stated that the matter has been settled. The application is supported by the Affidavit of the parties. 2.

In view of the averments made in the application which is duly supported by the Affidavit of the parties, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

The learned counsel for the respondent has stated that in terms of order dated 17.11.2015 endorsement has been made on the title documents of the decree holder and the same may be cancelled. 4.

In case any endorsement has been made on the direction of the High Court, the same may be cancelled.
