% 03.11.2016 The petitioner Smt.Chameli Devi is not present in Court. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that his client shall vacate and hand over vacant physical possession of the suit property to the respondent being Ground Floor Shop bearing No.2, measuring 11'.10 x 12'.6 Ft. situated on the front side of the property bearing No.194 (New) and 110-111(old), Pana Udyan, Narela, Delhi as described in the eviction petition on or before 31.8.2018.

He submits that an undertaking to the above effect in the form of an Affidavit of the said petitioner shall be filed within three weeks from today. He submits that in view of the said undertaking which will be filed by the petitioner he does not press the present Revision Petition.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that he will not execute the Eviction Order till 31.08.2018.

Petition stands disposed of. All pending applications also stand disposed of accordingly.
