% 03.11.2016 The petitioner has undertaken to this Court to vacate the suit property and hand over vacant physical possession of the property to the respondent as described in the Eviction Petition being Ground Floor Shop bearing No.4, measuring 12'.5" x 12'.6" Ft. situated on the front side of the property bearing No.194 (New) and 110-11 (old), Pana Udyan, Narela, Delhi on or before 31.08.2018. The petitioner has also undertaken other terms and conditions and shall remain bound by the undertaking. In view of the said undertaking recorded by the petitioner learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present Revision Petition. In view of the above, learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent shall not execute the Eviction Order till 31.08.2018. Petition stands disposed of. All pending applications also stand disposed of accordingly.

I undertake to vacate and hand over vacant physical possession to the respondent or before 31.8.2018 of the Ground Floor Shop bearing No.4, measuring 12'.5" x 5 x 12'.6" Ft. situated on the front side of the property bearing No.194 (New) and 110-11 (old), Pana Udyan, Narela, Delhi as described in the Eviction Petition filed by the respondent. I also undertake to pay the agreed rent and electricity and water charges for the period I am in occupation of the premises. I undertake not to cause any wilful damage to the property or induct any third party into the premises. I admit the bona fide need of the respondent.
