O R D E R

% 12.10.2017 It is submitted that petitioner has settled the subject matter involved in the FIR with the respondent no. 2, vide a Settlement Agreement dated 22nd February, 2017; therefore, FIR No.192/2015 under Sections 420/34 IPC registered at Police Station Maya Puri on the complaint of respondent no.2, may be quashed.

Respondent no. 2 is present in Court along with his counsel and has been identified by SI Yogesh Kumar of Police Station Mayapuri. Respondent no. 2 submits that that he has now settled the matter with the petitioner of his own free will, voluntarily and without any undue

force, pressure or coercion. A perusal of the FIR shows that subject matter involved in the FIR has a civil flavour and has arisen out of the commercial transaction.

Respondent no. 2 further submits that he is not willing to pursue the FIR any further and the same may be quashed. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the interest of justice, FIR No.192/2015 under Sections 420/34 IPC registered at Police Station Maya Puri and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed, in view of the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent no. 2.
