% 03.08.2016 Petitioner was on bail in Sessions Case being bearing No.

No.818/2016, arising out of FIR No.543/2010 under Sections 395/397/411/414/506/120-B/34 IPC registered at PS Mandawali. He did not appear in Court on 1st February, 2016, therefore, Non Bailable Warrants were issued followed by the proceedings under Section 82 Cr.P.C. Later on, it was revealed that petitioner was in jail, in some other case, accordingly, production warrants were issued.

Petitioner is in custody since 27th February, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was apprehending that he would be falsely implicated in some false case by the

concerned police officials so he did not appear in Court on 1st February, 2016. Later on, he was taken in custody on 27th February, 2016 in a pending case before the trial court. For this reason, he could not appear in Court after 27th February, 2016.

It is further submitted that in future petitioner would be careful and appear in Court.

Keeping in mind the totality of circumstances, petitioner is admitted to bail in FIR No.543/2010 under Sections 395/397/411/414/506/120-B/34 IPC registered at PS Mandawali, upon his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of Trial Court.

Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. A.K. PATHAK, J.
