O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the present petitions under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereafter 'the Act') impugning the orders passed by the Arbitral Tribunal rejecting the request of the petitioners to make an award on admissions. It is seen from the said orders that the Arbitral Tribunal has not decided some of the main issues, which are necessary to adjudicate the claims between the parties. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent states that none of the observations made by the Arbitral Tribunal are final as yet and the same would necessarily have to be considered by the Arbitral Tribunal while

making the final award.

In view of the above, Mr Sengh, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petitions with the clarification that all the petitioners' contention would be considered by the Arbitral Tribunal while passing the final award. He further request that directions be issued to the Arbitral Tribunal to dispose of the arbitral proceedings expeditiously. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection to the said requests.

In view of the above, the present petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. It is clarified that all the rights and contentions of the parties are open and the Arbitral Tribunal shall decide the issues uninfluenced by any observations made in the orders impugned in these petitions. The Arbitral Tribunal is also requested to conclude the arbitral proceedings within a period of six months from today.

This order has been passed with the consent of the learned counsel appearing for the parties.
