W.P.(CRL) 2080/2016 Issue notice. Learned ASC accepts notice. The only grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner is in occupation of the second floor of Kotha No.70, G.B. Road, Delhi. The respondents are allegedly seeking to seal the same in pursuance of the order dated 01.05.2014 passed by the learned ASJ, FTC (Central), Tis Hazari Courts in Sessions Case No.32/2013, State v. Rekha arising out of FIR No.20/2012, registered at PS Kamla Market u/s
366A/372/ 373/376/ 342/109/ 34 IPC, 23 JJ Act and 3/4/5/6 of ITP Act, which has been passed in relation to the third floor left side of Kotha No.70, G.B. Road, Delhi, wherein a brothel was found to be running. Learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions from Insp. SI Ramesh Chand, SI PS Kamla Market, submits that the respondents have issued notice only in respect of the third floor left side Kotha No.70, G.B. Road, Delhi, and they are only proposing to seal the said portion in respect whereof the aforesaid judgment has been rendered. Learned counsel submits that there is no proposal to seal the second floor of Kotha No.70, G.B. Road, Delhi.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no objection to the aforesaid judgment being implemented in respect of the third floor left side of Kotha No.70, G.B. Road, Delhi.
In view of the aforesaid, the petition is disposed of. The parties shall remain bound by their statement.
