O R D E R

% 30.07.2018 This appeal has been filed challenging the orders dated 21.05.2018 and 30.06.2018 passed by the Sole Arbitrator adjudicating the disputes that have arisen between the parties in relation to the Agreements dated 05.04.2008, 01.11.2010 and 06.11.2010.

The Sole Arbitrator by way of order dated 21.05.2018 has passed an interim order in favour of the respondent nos.1 and 2. On 30.06.2018 the Arbitrator has adjourned the proceedings to 19.07.2018 to consider the application filed by respondent nos.1 and 2 under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Act'). The grievance of the Appellants is that the interim order was passed without giving an opportunity to the Appellants to present their case and in spite of a request, the same has not been expeditiously considered by the

Arbitrator.

The respondent no.1 is present in person. He submits that he has no objection if a direction is issued to the Sole Arbitrator for considering the application filed by him under Section 17 of the Act expeditiously. I am informed that the next date of hearing before the Sole Arbitrator is 18.08.2018. It is directed that the Arbitrator shall consider the application filed by the respondent nos.1 and 2 under Section 17 of the Act on that date and neither party shall take adjournment before the Sole Arbitrator. The appeal and the pending application stand disposed of with the above directions, with no order as to cost.
