% 25.11.2019 CM APPL.No.50766/2019 This is joint application filed by the parties under Order XXIII Rule 3 CPC for recording of compromise in the present appeal. The matter has been amicably settled between the parties in terms of settlement agreement dated 21.11.2019 annexed as annexure A-1. The parties shall be bound by the terms contained in the said settlement agreement. It is stated the FDR in the name of the respondent amounting to 1,79,000/- as deposited with this Court be released to the respondent after cancelling the endorsement on it. Further the registration certificate of Toyota Etios Car bearing No. DL 10 CE 2174 be also returned after cancelling endorsement. Ordered accordingly.

The appeal stands disposed of in terms of the settlement. No order as to costs.
