O R D E R

% 20.07.2016 The present petition is disposed of with the consent of the parties. It is submitted that the petitioner had moved an application under Section 27 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 before the Arbitrator for his approval for summoning of the witnesses as mentioned in para 9 of the said application for examination before the sole Arbitrator, with relevant records. The Arbitrator allowed the said application by order dated 4th December, 2015 while rendering his approval for the same and giving liberty to the petitioner to move this Court for summoning of the above said witness.

Copies of the said application as well as the order dated 4th December, 2015 have been filed along with the present petition. The prayer made in the present petition is allowed. The Registry would issue summons to the above said witness to bring records as mentioned in para 9 of the said application, before the Arbitrator at the

venue of Arbitration being International Arbitration Centre (DAC), Delhi High Court, on 27th July, 2016 at 3.00 pm for examination. MANMOHAN SINGH, J JULY 20, 2016 / n
