% 01.08.2016 The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that unauthorized and illegal construction is being permitted at khasra No.39/44, Behind Anand Lok Hotel, Near Shyam Mandir, Village Pochanpur, New Delhi. Contention is that the respondents should be directed to demolish this illegal structure.

On advance notice, learned counsel for the respondents has put an appearance. His submission is that this structure as has been mentioned in this petition is not recent; it has been standing at the site for some time.

Be that as it may, the submission of the learned counsel for the respondents is that if any illegal construction is noted in the aforenoted building, action will be taken in accordance with law. No further orders are called for in this petition. Petition disposed of.
