O R D E R

% 03.03.2017 The present petition has been instituted on behalf of an exemployee of the respondent company claiming arrears of the unpaid wages.

Mr. Ganpathy, learned senior counsel, on instructions from Mr.

Raman Puri, the Managing Director, who is present in person in court today, states that the latter undertakes to pay a sum of Rs.11,13,730/- on behalf of the respondent company to the petitioner in four equal installments of Rs.2,78,432.50 each. The first installment is undertaken to be paid on or before 15.10.2017; second installment on or before 15.11.2017; third installment on or before 30.11.2017; and the fourth/last installment on or before 15.12.2017. The said undertaking is accepted. In view of the foregoing, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present company petition at this stage with liberty to revive the same in the event the aforesaid undertaking is not complied with by the respondent company. Leave and liberty granted.

Consequently, the accompanying company petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.

Pending applications, if any,

also stand disposed of.
