% 31.01.2019 This petition is filed by the landlord against the impugned order dated 30.04.2016 passed by the learned Trial Court in Eviction Petition No.7284/2015 whereby the petitioner was directed to get the title documents registered by paying the Court fees and penalty with the Collector of Stamps and get the eviction order executable in his favour.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has paid the stamp duty and got the title documents registered and got executed the eviction order. He seeks to withdraw the petition as nothing survives.

In view of above, the petition and pending application stands dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. YOGESH KHANNA, J.
