% 06.03.2017 C.M.Nos.31652-31653/2016 Learned counsel for the respondent-North DMC states that all the non-compoundable deviations in property no.40/3, East Patel Nagar, New Delhi have been demolished. She further states that the compoundable deviations have been regularised by the North DMC in late October, 2016.

Let a copy of the order regularising the compoundable deviations be supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner against the receipt within a period of one week.

With the aforesaid directions, present applications stand disposed of.
