% 19.01.2016 This is a suit for recovery valued at Rs.44,40,000/-. Ld. counsel for plaintiff submits that part of cause of action arose at plaintiff's office which is situated at Wazirpur Industrial Area which falls under the jurisdiction of District North-West, Delhi hence seeks transfer of present case to District North-West, Delhi.

In view of orders passed by Hon'ble the Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (North-West), Rohini, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (North-West), Rohini, Delhi on 29.04.2016.

Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.

Ld. counsel for defendant submits that he has objection to the jurisdiction of Courts in Delhi.
