% 20.07.2016 1.
The grievance raised in the writ petition concerning the petitioner being coerced by the superior officer to sign papers seeking voluntary retirement has not been projected by the petitioner to the competent authority of the Railway Protection Force. The writ petition has been filed laying a challenge to the order dated October 7, 2015 accepting the petitioner's written request for being voluntary retired on the same date. 2.
We are not inclined to entertain the writ petition for the reason the petitioner has not made any representation to the competent authority against what petitioner alleges is being pressured by the Senior Divisional Security Commissioner, RPF, Delhi West, New Delhi. 3.
It is agreed that the writ petition be disposed of directing that upon the petitioner filing a representation to the DIG RPF, in charge of the Northern W.P.(C) 6216/2016
Zone, the said representation shall be decided by passing a reasoned order within six weeks of it being received in the Officer of DIG, RPF, in charge of the Northern Zone.
4.
No costs.
