% 22.07.2016 Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that respondent no. 1 is permitting illegal and unauthorized construction to be carried out at R-31A, Street No1, Ramesh Park, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-92. On advance notice counsel for the respondent no. 1 has put in appearance. It is post lunch hour. In the pre-lunch hour, respondent no. 1 had taken time to seeking instructions. In the post lunch hour on instructions counsel for the respondent no. 1 informs this Court that this property already stands booked and all actions in accordance with law will be taken. It is stated to be owned by one Mujubir Rehman and Javed who are private respondents. They are not parties in this proceedings. However, counsel appearing for them makes a statement that this appears to be a personal
vendetta between the petitioner and private respondents. The petitioner has already taken compensation of Rs. 4,50,000/- from the respondents and this is not brought to the notice of the Court by the petitioner. Petitioner is present in Court today. He does not dispute this fact. No further orders are called for in this petition. At this stage, private respondents also points that property of the petitioner is also unauthorized. Respondent no. 1 is directed to look into deviations, if any in the property of the petitioner as well and take action against the petitioner also in accordance with law. Petition disposed of.
