% 25.02.2019 The impugned order dated 22.03.2016 notes the petitioner/landlady has two rooms in her possession in ground floor as also the entire accommodation on first and second floor. Admittedly the petitioner is a resident of Hyderabad and when she comes to visit Delhi along with her family she needs the premises to reside there. It is alleged the petitioner is 65 years old and cannot climb stairs. Even her husband is suffering from Arthritis and cannot climb the stairs. The learned Trial Court in the impugned order noted the availability of the additional accommodation available with the landlady.
At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits let a direction be given to the learned Trial Court to complete the trial
within six months from today. Considering the overall pendency before the learned ARC it would be appropriate if the learned Trial Court endeavour to complete the trial within one year with effect from 27.02.2019. The parties to appear before the learned Trial Court 27.02.2019.
With these directions the petition stands disposed of. Pending applications, if any, also stands disposed of. Copy of this order be communicated to the learned Trial Court for information.
