% 22.07.2016 This petition seeks a direction to respondent no. 1 to stop illegal and unauthorized construction at the property bearing no. 76-B forming Khasra No. 172 situated in gali no. 21, Zakir Nagar, Jamia Nagar, New Delhi.

On advance notice counsel for the respondent no. 1 / SDMC has put in appearance. It is stated that this property already stands booked on 04.07.2016 and notice to show cause as to why work not be stopped has been given to the petitioner on 21.07.2016. The police authorities have also been informed vide communication dated 15.07.2016. All actions in accordance with law will be taken.

In view of the aforenoted undertaking furnished by respondent no. 1 no further orders are called for in this petition. Petition disposed of in the above terms.
