% 30.05.2017 The parties have entered into a settlement agreement dated 29.05.2017 before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The settlement agreement dated 29.05.2017 is on record. As per the settlement agreement, the respondent has to pay a consolidated amount of Rs. 38,37,000/- towards full and final settlement of the claims of the decree holder/petitioner. Other terms and conditions are also stated in the settlement agreement. One of the terms of the settlement agreement states that the decree holder would request the court to dispose of the petition in terms of the present settlement agreement.
Accordingly, binding the parties to the terms and conditions of the settlement agreement, the petition stands disposed of. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the court in the eventuality of any default by the respondent.
