Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has now learnt that DRAT is functioning at Delhi and thus prays that instant writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn observing that the appeal which petitioner has filed against the impugned order dated April 06, 2016 before DRAT should be decided by learned DRAT as per law. 2.

The writ petition and CM 25868/2016 is dismissed as withdrawn. The DRAT shall decide the appeal as per law.
