% 15.04.2015 In the memo of parties, petitioner has given two addresses, that is, House No. B-113, Ambedkar Park, Shahbad Dairy, Delhi and House No. 594, Village Shahbad Daulat Pur, Delhi. These addresses have been verified by the Station House Officer of police station Uttam Nagar, Delhi. At the first address, that is, Ambedkar Park one Smt. Devwanti w/o Sabhajeet was found residing who stated that neither petitioner nor his son Arun @ Sunny had ever lived at the said address. At the second address, that is, Shahbad Daulat Pur, sister of the petitioner was found living but she has given a statement that she was not interested in keeping the petitioner with him. She further stated that she cannot take responsibility of petitioner as her another brother Sanjay, a co-convict in the same case, had jumped the parole
granted to him.
In the above facts, I am not inclined to grant parole to the petitioner. Writ petition is dismissed.
