petitioner-Chitwan Malhotra. On 20'^ June, 2018 complainant along with her friends came at the Institute and picked up a quarrel and assaulted Chitwan Malhotra resulting fracture in her leg. Chitwan Malhtora filed a complaint with SHO of police station Hauz Khas against the complainant but no action was taken.
