These are the Applications filed by the Review Petitioner/Respondent No. 2/owner of the vehicle seeking condonation of delay of 74 days and 81 days in filing the Review Petitions.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Review Petitioner/Respondent No. 2 in MAC APP. 425/2013 submits that these Review Petitions were filed by the Review Petitioner/erstwhile owner in view of the additional facts that have come to the knowledge of the Review Petitioner.

None appears on behalf of the Appellant and the Respondent No. 1/driver of the vehicle in MAC. APP. 425/2016. 7.
On fresh steps being taken, let Notice be served on the Appellant and the Respondent No. 1. Dasti in addition. An Affidavit of service be filed within a period of two weeks.
