% 24.11.2016 No steps have been taken for service of respondent No.2. A status report has been filed by the State which indicates that the petitioner has been running a racket of giving admissions to the students on the strength of forged marksheets and by interpolating their photographs. The petitioner No.2 Naresh @ Tau is involved in as many as 29 cases of similar nature, petitioner No.3 Love Kumar @ Rahul in 21 cases, petitioner No.4 Suresh Chand S/o Tarif Singh in as many as 13 cases of similar nature. Considering the involvement of the petitioners this Court does not find it to be a fit case for quashing of FIR on the basis of compromise. As regards the other three accused are concerned, they are also accused with the aid of Section 120B IPC and at this stage the role of the conspirators cannot be separated and consequently FIR qua other three also cannot be quashed at this stage.
