% 16.07.2018 This petition was filed in May, 2015 and three years have passed with petitioner having demonstrated by consistent conduct lack of interest. On the first date i.e. 29.05.2015 none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. On next date i.e. 30.10.2015, proxy counsel took adjournment. This was repeated on 06.01.2016 and again on 23.03.2016 and yet again on 03.08.2016.

On 18.01.2017, time was taken to file amended memo of parties which was granted. On next date, i.e. 31.07.2017, no one would appear though the amended memo of parties was filed, steps were not taken and that remains the position even today.

The petition and the pending application are dismissed for want of prosecution.
