% 18.11.2016 By this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has prayed that respondent be directed to get the investigation in the FIR No.384/2014 registered at police station Lahori Gate under Sections 420/468/471/34 IPC conducted in a professional manner by an officer preferably of the rank of Deputy Commissioner of Police. Learned Standing Counsel submits that investigation is being conducted by the Investigating Officer SI Varun Dalal PS Lahori Gate and it will be now be conducted by him under the supervision of concerned Deputy Commissioner of Police. It is further submitted that Mr. Praful Kumar Khanna, who is resident of

United States of America, has already been contacted by the previous Investigating Officer and now efforts are being made to record his statement, on his arrival to Delhi.

In view of this statement, present writ petition has not been pressed and is disposed of accordingly.
