% 19.09.2018 Respondent No.4, the father of petitioner No.1 has been served and he is present in Court. He states that petitioner No.1, his daughter, is a major and he has no objection to her marriage with petitioner No.2. He also states that till date he has not lodged any complaint in this regard. Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State also submits that the petitioners are not staying in West Karawal Nagar, the address given in the memo of parties and are staying in Uttar Pradesh. Faced with this situation, petitioners, who are present in Court, seek leave to withdraw the present petition.
