% 01.03.2016 Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the present petition was filed against the order of transferring the matter to the Court of Gurgaon on account of territorial jurisdiction, but after the amendment in the Negotiable Instruments Act, the Court is having the jurisdiction and the case is with the same Court.
