O R D E R

% 19.11.2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case ought to have been investigated by an Inspector and not by a Sub-Inspector because although the petitioner's son died in a road accident it was as simple as innocent as it appears, and the son's life being extinguished, is pregnant with sinister design. He further submits that many glaring aspects have not been taken into consideration by the Investigating Officer; which if duly examined, would show clear criminality and complicity of all persons mentioned in the petitioner's complaint and in the subsequent representations made by him.

The learned counsel for the State submits that the chargesheet stands filed.

In the circumstances, the petition shall be treated as a petitioner's

representation to the DCP of the area concerned. The petitioner alongwith his representative shall meet the DCP on 29.11.2018, preferably in the forenoon. Appropriate orders on his representation shall be passed by the DCP with intimation of the petitioner.

Should the petitioner have any grievance, it would be open to him to pursue his remedies, as may be available in law. The petition stands disposed-off in terms of the above. A copy of this order be given dasti to the learned counsel for the parties under signature of the Court Master.
