By this petition the petitioner had sought extension of parole for a period of six months w.e.f. 6th August, 2016. Petitioner is stated to be suffering from hyper tension C.K.D.-Stage-V (H.D.), LVH, Chronic Anaemia, old treated tuberculosis. As per the certificate halved over, which is taken on record by the learned Additional Standing Counsel for State, the petitioner is on regular haemodialysis thrice in a week. 2.

A perusal of the record reveals that sentence of the petitioner was suspended while his appeal was pending and after the conviction was upheld in appeal, he has been on continuous parole on the medical grounds. 3.

Considering the medical condition of the petitioner this court deems it fit to grant parole to the petitioner. Consequently, writ petition is disposed of W.P.(CRL) 2106/2016

granting parole to the petitioner for a period of eight months from the next date of surrender on the petitioner furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with two surety bonds of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court.
