The matter has been amicably settled between the parties for an amount of Rs.5,67,500/- over and above the amount awarded by the MACT payable by the Insurer to the claimants. 2.
The amount be paid by the Insurer to the claimants through the DHCLSC within 30 days from today failing which interest @ 7.5% per annum shall be payable.
Out of the amount so settled, a sum of Rs.2,67,500/- shall be payable to the appellant no.1 and Rs.1,00,000/- each to the respondent no.2 to 4. The amount payable to the respondent no.2 to 4 shall be kept in the FDR for a period till they attain the age of majority. 50% of the share of appellant no.1 be kept in the FDR for a period of three years.

At this stage, learned counsel for the appellant pointed out that in fact the name of appellant no.3 is Hemant Nagar but due to some miscommunication his name was mentioned in the claim petition as Raj Nagar. He submits that the petitioners/appellants have filed an application for correction of the name, however the application was dismissed by the learned Tribunal.
The liberty is granted to the appellants to move an application afresh with supporting documents which shall be decided by the learned MACT in accordance with law on merits. 4.
Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of.
