% 07.12.2018 The petitioner seeks to strike-off his name from Register No. 10 and issuance of directions to the officers of the Delhi Police from not visiting his residence at will, to ascertain his activities. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that such activities cause a lot of embarrassment and suspicion in the neighbourhood and is a cause of much harassment to the petitioner as well to his family members. There is no case pending against him since the year 2004. Furthermore, he has never been convicted in any criminal case, thus far. The fact of the petitioner‟s not having been convicted in any case has been admitted in the Status Report filed on 06.08.2018.

The learned counsel for the State submits that since the petitioner‟s name was earlier arrayed as an accused in some other case, therefore, his name has been kept in Bundle „A‟ and Bundle „B‟. She submits that the petitioner has been acquitted from the said cases and there is no occasion for

keeping his name in Bundle „A‟ and Bundle „B‟. In view of the above, the petitioner‟s name shall be struck off from Register-10, both from Bundle „A‟ and Bundle „B‟. The petition is allowed and disposed-off in the above terms. NAJMI WAZIRI, J.
