The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. against the impugned order and judgment dated 28.04.2018 passed by learned ASJ-05, South East District, Saket Courts, New Delhi in Criminal Revision No. 204195/2016 titled as Harikant Tripathi vs. State and Ors. 2.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner as well as respondent nos. 2 to 4 jointly submit that the parties have arrived at a settlement.

In view of the above settlement, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to withdraw the present petition provided the respondent nos. 2 to 4 cooperate with the petitioner for quashing of the FIR No. 14/2011 & FIR No. 35/2011 registered at the instance of respondent no. 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no. 2 submits that he has instructions to state that the respondent no. 2 will cooperate with the petitioner for quashing of the aforementioned FIRs. The statement is taken on record.

In view of the above statement of the learned counsel for the respondent no.2, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
