% 18.02.2019 By this petition, the petitioner seeks parole to file a special leave petition.
A status report has been filed as per which the family of the petitioner comprising of his parents and siblings are residing at Flat No. 05/5A, BlockF, Building No. 05, Madhuban Babudham, Govindpuram, Ghaziabad, UP. As per the nominal roll the period undergone by the petitioner is two years 4 months excluding remissions. On the last date of hearing this Court refrained from releasing the petitioner for the reason that the co-convict had been granted parole.
As per the latest nominal roll, Varun, son of Prem Kumar is presently lodged in Central Jail No. 5 Tihar.

Considering the facts noted, this Court deems it fit to grant parole to the petitioner. It is, therefore, directed that the petitioner be released on parole for a period of four weeks from the date of his release on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety bond of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court. Petition is disposed of.
Copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Tihar Jail.
