% 01.08.2016 On the last occasion, we have placed on record the statement of the learned counsel for the respondents/Railways that the appellant herein filed W.P.(C) No.20519/2016 in the High Court of Allahabad on the very same issue and the writ petition was dismissed. In these circumstances, the appeal was adjourned to enable the learned counsel to get instructions. Today, when the matter is called, the learned counsel for the appellant states that the appellant is not pressing the appeal and he may be permitted to withdraw the same.
