% 22.09.2016 CM No.31122/2016 By this application, the respondent School seeks recall of order/judgment dated 27.07.2016.

It is contended that there were certain facts which were not brought to the notice of this Court when the order/judgment dated 27.07.2016 was passed. Learned counsel for the respondent School submits that judgment dated 27.07.2016 itself records that in case the income certificate furnished by the petitioner was not found to be correct, it was open to the respondent school to cancel the admission. It is contended that certain information was received, as stated in the WP(C) 6243/2016

application, based on which the admission of the petitioner has been cancelled.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner does not wish to file a response to the application. He submits that the order/judgment dated 27.07.2017 may be recalled.

In view of the above, the order/judgment dated 27.07.2017 is recalled. The writ petition is restored to its original number. W.P.(C) 6243/2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw the petition.
