% 24.07.2017 Lt. Commander Vikrant Singh, who is present in person, states that the petitioner was found to be medically fit on examination at R & R Army Hospital, Delhi Cantt. He states that the petitioner would be asked to join the next batch with effect from 10th August, 2017. In view of the statement made on behalf of the respondents, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he is satisfied and the writ petition may be treated as disposed of. We take the statement made by the respondents as well as the counsel for the petitioner on record and dispose of the present writ petition.
