% 08.12.2016 After some arguments learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition. However, in view of the fact that the petitioner has been in custody for more than three years now and out of total 35 witnesses only 3 witnesses have been examined by the learned Trial Court, the Trial Court is requested to expedite the trial and conclude the same preferably within a period of six months from the date of this order. Petition is disposed of. Order dasti.
