O R D E R

% 18.02.2016 This matter was taken up second time. No one has appeared on behalf of the petitioners when the matter is taken up. The petitioner filed the present objection petition under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for challenging the Award dated 28th June, 2015. The Arbitrator has been appointed by the respondent. The claim before the Arbitrator was Rs.43,97,561/- and Award has been passed for the same amount. In view of Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015 and the order passed on 24th November, 2015, the petition is transferred to the jurisdiction of District Judge. Learned counsel for the respondent states that with regard to another loan account, the same very petition has been filed by the petitioners which is pending in the Court of Ms.Sunaina Sharma, ADJ, Saket (South-East) District, New Delhi and is coming up for hearing on 19th February, 2016. He prays that it is appropriate the both the matters be adjudicated by the same Court. Ordered accordingly.

Parties to appear before the Court of Ms.Sunaina Sharma, ADJ, Saket (South-East) District, New Delhi on 5th April, 2016. Learned counsel for the respondent undertakes to inform the transferee Court about the orders passed by this Court.

As there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioners or their counsel, the Registry to issue the Court notice, without process fee, to the petitioners as well as through their counsel for the next date, for their appearance before the Transferee Court. Learned counsel for the respondent will also inform the learned counsel for the petitioners about the orders passed by this Court, through regd. post.
