% 09.08.2016 Ms.Kajal Malhotra has been produced in the Court. She states that she is about 17 years of age. We had asked Ms.Manika Tripathi, Advocate representing Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee to interact and speak with Ms.Kajal Malhotra in the chamber. She has spoken to her for about half an hour. Ms. Kajal Malhotra, in the open Court, states that she wants to reside with her mother-Mrs.Kiran Malhotra. Mrs.Kiran Malhotra, who is present in the Court, states that she will also like her daughter to be with her. Ms.Kajal Malhotra is permitted to go with her mother from the Court itself.

Ms.Kajal Malhotra has been asked to appear before the Child Welfare Committee today. She along with Mrs.Kiran Malhotra will visit the Office of the Child Welfare Committee. At the request of the counsel for the petitioner, Ms.Kajal Malhotra and Mrs.Kiran Malhotra will visit the Family Courts located at KKD Courts, Delhi for counselling sessions. They will be entertained for the said purpose.

The petition stands disposed of.
