% 01.08.2016 The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that certain illegal and unauthorized construction is being permitted at the adjoining property i.e. property No. 6445, gali No. 1 & 2, Block No. 8, Dev Nagar, Karol Bagh, New Delhi; submission is that penal action should be taken against this illegal structure; additional submission being that the property of the petitioner is adjacent and his property has suffered damages and to substantiate this submission, he has placed on record certain photographs.

On advance notice, learned counsel for respondent No. 1 has put in appearance. His submission, as per record, is that the plan of the aofrenoted property has been sanctioned by the Authority on 05.05.2016. However certain deviations have been noted in the property and whatever may be the fate of the deviation, action will be taken in accordance with law. This undertaking of respondent No. 1

is taken on record.

No further orders are called for on this petition. Petition disposed of.
